The next cooking classes for Indian Food will be held on the following dates :
19th January at 11 am :
Chicken Tikka - Chicken grilled with spices
Palak Paneer - Cottage cheese cubes in spinach sauce
23rd January at 10.30 am:
Butter Chicken - chicken in a creamy sauce
Baingan Bharta - eggplant with tomatoes and onions
29th January at 11 am :
Chole - Chickpeas curry
Paapri Chat - a spicy mix of potatoes, yogurt and chutneys
( sorry but there is no apt english equivalent that I can think of, to describe this )
